Data Extract in Excel

I have a spreadsheet populated with employee data such as name, ID number, address, contact details, etc. All populated as one line per employee. I need to extract this info to another sheet for printing purposes; say 5 employee?s info per page, but in a different format. These pages should then be printed one after the other, five employees per page. Appreciate if someone could help?
