DATA RECIVERY

i have lost my data ,due to booting file fail & i installed new windows7 can i recover my data……. i try get data back(runtime.org),winmend data recivery,Digg these three software but i don’t find the result……….is there any good software to recover my file (about 40GB)……!!!!!????
