Database Help

Good day!

I am a software developer who wants to create a database thru the network using windows 2000 prof edition. I knew about system policies. The database is made of MSAccess 2000 while the program was made on VB 6. I hope that you could help me to secure the database that only my program can access the database thru network. And that when users browse the Win2k they cannot see the database.
