Database size calculators

Hi,

As an architect i am always having to forecast data capacities for several database applications over 1, 3 and 5 year periods to ensure hard drive capacity is adequate.
I am looking for a size calculator that could calculate this automatically.

I would also like to find a bandwidth calculator that will show the impact on the network when additional clients are added.

Does anybody know of any excel calculators that could do these calculations?
