I am looking for some help. Our company has some support forums our previous webmaster designed, however the entire site runs on Front Page and we have designed a new forum, however when its submitted its just in plain text. We have the forum we want to use as a template in MS Word, so how can we make it where they can fill that one out and it will email us that forum instead of just in text as it has some fields followed by the reply in just text.

We currently are running on a apache server with mysql databases available, Is there a better forum submission system (I am sure there is) other than Front Page?
