PLS. help me out:

1) What are the major differences between MS SQL Server 2000 (Enterprise Edition) and Oracle 9i Database (Enterprise Edition)?

2) Why are these differences important to a business planning to migrate from a non-relationaldatabase to one of these relational databases?
