DELL ERROR 016-720

I am trying to print from Colombia to Washington, dc by a cloud print. And using google drive
Some files I don’t have any problem.

However another files an error pop-up. I read that I need to change the PRINT MODE but doen’t work.

Some body knows if there are other possible solution like geoblocking or problems with the proxy.. I don’t know what to do.
