dell latitude system bios password

i just bought an latitude laptop and i cant get into the system past the system bios password. i’ve tried to reset the password by the usual methods like unplug the cmos battery and remove everyting under the hood. and successfully replace it! butstill no luck with resetting system. what can I do?
