Desktop system’s related question’s

In my desktop system i used windows 7 OS when i start my system then he started and boot properly and he ask user & password then when i enter user name and password he started but on desktop show only courser and all are black and when i started in safe mode then same problem.
so now what i do ?
please advise me.
