DHCP Relay “Does it have to be a nt ser

For your DHCP server to assign ip address accross multiple subnets you need a DHCP relay pc. I viewed Microsoft Technet and thay stated that you could use a workstation. This would work good for us since all of our servers are on the same subnet. But there is no notes on how to install it on the workstation since the workstation services do not have the DHCP option. Any help on if we can do it and where we can get the DHCP Relay service for nt workstation. We currently have NT Server and Workstation4.0
