Dial on open of IE and/or Opera

Ok guru’s
Anyone still remember how to maually configure Dialup internet so you don’t need to click dial
isp icon then click browser. Friend wants to just
click browser and have dial box pop-up.

Since it’s been many years since any of my PC’s
even had a dialmodem (I use ADSL) I can’t remember
how it’s done anymore.
