Dialing-in to restart process after Dr.

I have an NT server that suffers from
occasional Dr. Watson errors. I have a
direct line into the server via a modem. Is
there a way for me to dialin to the server,
acknowledge the error message and
restart the stopped service without using
PCAnywhere or a similar software
package?
