Different setting for different users

I a user of Windows 2KPro and recently purchase a Windows XP Media Edition computer for home. I use separate accounts for each person in the household. How do I setup different display settings for each user. If one person changes the resolution of the display it changes for all user.

I have tried setting users to limited but this disables them from using a large majority og the programs.

Did Windows Media Edition miss a key portion of security?
