Directory Monitoring Software

Can anyone point me to a good software that will monitor a directory. I need to monitor a specifically named folder (though there may be multiple folders with the same name and i would need to monitor all of them) for their age and size.

For example, I use a piece of software that will automatically create a “Sync” folder for each client if it has been sync’d

so i would have \\Server\Client\Sync , and then i would also have \\Server\Client2\Sync and so on …

I would need it to be able to dynamically be able to add any newly created “Sync” folders to the list of folders that it monitors.
