Disable Object Model Restrictions

Hello All,
I am looking for a way to disable the object model restrictions for Outlook. I have a custom application developed in Access that sends email through Outlook. I want to disable the annoying and time consuming dialogue box that pops up informing me that an application is accessing Outlook.
Any ideas would be helpfull.
