Disable StartUp keypress

Using VB 6.0 how to stop user from pressing START button. I want my application to run in full-screen mode. If somebody presses Start button startup menu and task bar appears. I don’t want that. I could stop pressing Start button with mouse but if somebody presses it using KeyBoard it pops up.
