Disappearing graphics in Word 2000.

We have 1 pc running Word 2000 on Novell. All other pc’s are running Word 97. The Word 2000 pc does not show the graphics from Word 97 files. It only shows a frame. However it does print the graphic. The memory has been bumped up in both the pcand the printer.
