Diskeeper boot time defrag; system won’t

I have scheduled a boot time defrag with Diskeeper version 5 on the second drive which containes user directories & files, after the defrag now system won’t come up. It lets me log on to the network but the desktop is completely blank. It is a NT 4 with sp5 on it. Please help!…
