Distributed Network Monitoring?

I have been asked if I can provide information as to what IPs a computer in our network is accessing. Well, wheres the problem here? I need to spread this accross seven locations connected through Frame service. What I basicly need is a distrubuted packet monitor.

So, does anybody know of such software that I can use, and not have the “agents” or sensors require an administrative login?
