Do I need a reverse KVM or is there another option?

Looking for recommendations on how to make this setup work. Currently I have two desktop system (a browsing/email computer and a gaming rig), and my work laptop.

I have two sets of KVM, one monitor is a standard 19″, the other is a WS 23″.

What I would like to be able to do is have the laptop use either setup-
The gaming rig has a better ergo configuration, so I like to use that when I am working from home.
The browsing/email machine is more suited for short time use, so I use this for quick work tasks afterhours, or if I am gaming.

See the diagram image.

Currently I manually swap the cables on the laptops docking port. Would like to find/build a hardware solution. From searching online it seems a reverse KVM would do the trick, but all the ones I am finding lack the ports I need (USB+DVI) or are very expensive.

Is there another solution I am overlooking?

Any help would be appreciated.
