Docking Station for HP Elitebook 745 and Surface Pro 2017

Folks

I have a work Laptop HP Elitebook 745
and a Personal Laptop Surface pro 2017

At home I have 2 monitors and would like to try and find a Docking station that could connect to either Laptop

The Elitebook 745 has USB C , which most docking stations seem to be able to use.

However the surface pro only has USB B

The docking station output would need
2 X HDMI ports
3 x USB for Keyboard / Mouse / headset
1 X Ethernet port

Any thoughts or recommendations
