Document Body Won’t Print

I have a user that is having issues with Word. She is typing a letter with a header and footer, but yet the header and footer are the only things that print. The body of the letter doesn’t.

We tried copying the whole document to a new word document; still didn’t work.

After I run office/windows update, and it still doesn’t work, does anyone have some ideas on how to fix this?
