Does Access Support Multi User Accessing

2) Does Acces Datatabase Support Multi User Accessing ? If Yes , How ?
Where can I find help for this ?

While two users trying to make a insertion thru
auto generation (VB) , VB will give same
Auto Generated Number for both user.

This smilar problem occurs for updation and
Deletion also.

I am not able to avoid these problem in VB –
Access.
But it works good for Sql server and oracle.
How to solve this problem in Access
