Does anyone have a conversion tool for MS Works v3

I have a client that has MS Works v3 and would like to convert all his works files to MS Office 2003. Would perfer to do a bulk convert.
Yes we can open each file and and use file save as to a microsoft file, i.e. Word 97\2000 or 2003.
I have found some convertors that will convert v4 (version 4) to v9 but haven’t been sucessful with earlier versions.
Any help would be great.
