Does anyone have a planning check list to upgrade exchange 2003 to 2010 ?

I have upgraded 4 clients from Exchange 2003 enterprice to 2010 and each time I have found major problems which I have documented.From these documentation I have have created a check list of the issues that I have encounter but I would like to know if there is one already available that I can use along side the one I have created.
