Does anyone successfuly paired GE universal remote to Roku?

I am using a GE universal remote control. I just wanted to program the remote with my Roku media streaming stick.

I have applied the device codes but didn’t program.

Are there anyone who paired the device to the general electric universal remote and manually entered the code method?
