Does the Win7 install DVD contain all version?

I am a field tech and I am constantly coming across end users who have never purchased or created the OS recovery disk or have just lost them. After reading how to create a Win7 USB install flash, I was wondering if the Win7 install DVD contain all version? I’ve read somewhere that it does but I’ve never been able to confim this. How about 32/64bit, OEM/Non OEM. I realize that the oem drivers aren’t on all install DVDs but it would save me a lot of trouble always trying to find DVDs
