Domain Controller

I have a primary domain controller and a secondary domain controller – both are windows 2000 with SP4. When I go to My Network Places, Entire Network, Microsoft Windows Network, our domain, I do not see the secondary domain controller there. I see all of the other servers out there but that one. I did not set up this network and I am trying to figure out somethings and this is one of them. How do I get it to show up?
