double vision 2

Sorry, didn’t mean to reject answers,hit button by accident.I’m trying the proposed answers.By the way I should say I’m using win98 have a PCI modem and sound card. To explain askew and double vision. If your at the desktop,you would see 2 of all your icons with one being the real one (that works)and the other down and to the right and blurred. Same with apps, 2 screens one to the right and blurred.You can do a print sceen and the printout is correct. Hope this helps and sorry for quick rejection of answers.
