Download word attachments – hotmail.

I can’t download my word attachments from my hotmail account. The attachement is reported as clean by Mcfee online scan in hotmail. Can anyone help?

My system is 2.6 GHz P4 with Win XP prof. Zonealarm free, AVG 7.0 and Win XP firewall
activated.
