downloads

I have been downloading from ZDNET for several years with no trouble. Today I cannot download. After I click download, I get a screen showing other possible downloads but download does not start. In the past, I would see a link saying, if download does not start in 5 seconds, click here. TGhat no longer appears

I have reset browser security to default and have tried this in both IE6, IE7 Firefox under both Win XP and Vista. All act the same.
