Dr Watson – Kill him ??

I would love to know if many users have had a use at all for what I call %%$* Dr Watson ?? . Everytime I come across a slow PC ( or nearly)- I find the “doctor” is hogging all recources . In every case of late I “kill” Watson via H key . So far in 12 months or so , no problems have arisen from the deletion of my …er .. friend :-0
