DST issue with BDC acting as DC and domain workstations.

My “DC” is a Win2000 SvcPk4 (Soon to be Win2k8)
This last DST change brought forth a couple of discoveries:

My “DC” is actually a BDC looking for it’s defunct/decommissioned original DC. Time on the desktop is set properly (EST w/ DST on) but when looking for who does the “DC” look for its time clock it points to its old, dead DC. How do I fix it so that this BDC is the source for time within the domain so that all my workstations have the same time?
