dual boot setup

I just purchased a new dell dimension 800mhz pentium III with 128megs ram and 30 gig HD running win98. I also have NT 4.0 workstation and would like to setup dual boot. How do I set it up to dual boot? I have partition magic v5 to partition but I’m not sure how to do it. I know I need to resize my primary partition to under 2 gigs and convert to fat 16. what happens to all the extra space on my HD and can I make it all into just one more big partition? thanks for any replies.
