Dual Boot

Have used Greg Schultz’s “Create a Windows XP and 7 dual-boot system staged for an easy migration” instructions to install Windows 7 on the second partition “D” of my main HDD. It appears to be fully installed on the “D” drive but I cannot get the Windows Boot Manager to add it to the XP and Ubuntu options that already show on the Boot manager screen. Any suggestions.
