dual connection for media??

Is there a device u can buy so that 2 people can listen to media (movies) at one time? I have a Netbook & watch movies in the work van on the way to out of town jobs, & I have a co-worker who watches them with me,but the sound is too low & it’s even difficult at times with one ear piece each. Please let me know,thanks.
