dual core processor

i have a dual core processor 830 pent. i have read somewhere that when you press ctrl,alt and delete key..to bring up the window task manager and go to performance,,you should see 2 cpu’s usage…what i see is 1 cpu usage and pf usage.how can i see 2 cpu usage? thank you
