Edible Software

Hello,
My company is planning on using Edible Software from Solid Software, a company in TX. I was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of this software and/or the company’s products. We think it’s very complicated and seems to have the same info in different formats thruout the program. They also are recommending that we don’t run our current system parrallel when we first start their program?
That to me sounds crazy to intrusts our livelyhood in a new product we know little about.
Any info will help out.
