Email body won’t print

Using Outlook XP (client version, not through the web), when I print I get only the header, no body at all. I can print the attachments. It is using an HP laserjet 2100. Other folks who share the printer can print the same emails with no problem. My computer is new, I just got it yesterday. I have reinstalled the printer.

When I try to use the Outlook web mail to print. I get a blank page.
