We have Exchange 5.5 server and Outlook 2000 clients.
We are starting an email “call centre” for our company where we will be sending responses to questions sent in.
I have Exchange set up to receive these messages into one email box for a number of staff to read and reply. The only thing is that I want the staff to draft the message and prevent them from sending it until a supervisor has checked the response. I know this sounds a little labor intensive, but thats the way”they” want it.
Has anyone had experience with this type of setup before? Are there any good, yet inexpensive (around or < $2000) email management tools available? Or can something like this be tackled using a couple of public folders on the exchange server. We are estimating around 50 emails a day for the next six months. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks Peter
