Embedded web browser Delphi/bsalsa removal

I somehow got a mystery Embedded web browser Delphi/bsalsa.com which is preventing file uploads. How can I remove it? Bsalsa.com offers a bogus uninstall page which assumes you installed it on purpose. Help! It is in IE6 on XP home 2ed.
