Epson LQ-300+II Print Head Alignment?

I can’t find Print Head alignment utility in the Printer Properties.. I need to realign my printer head because whenever I print a table in a landscape format, the table goes zigzag!

I also saw some technician realigning the printer head just pressing some combination key in the printer’s control panel. But, I can’t figure what it was! I’ve been reading manuals over manuals over manuals but it seems I’m lost.

If anybody knows how to use the Epson LQ-300+II control panel advance options.. please share. I badly need it. Please.

Note: I’m using Windows XP SP 3.
