Error 32 when renewing IP address

I have recently ran across an error message that I cannot find any information on. Unfortunately, I do not have much information. The error 32 occurs on a 9x system connected to a TCP/IP based network that does not utilize WINS. I do not know the full error message and I do not know what TS has been done previously.
