We have a created a shared folder on a NetApps filer. We can access the folder and all sub-folders yet we cannot copy nor run files from the folder. The error message reads, “Cannot copy – xxxxx: access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.”
So far we have verified the permissions on the filer and the desired groups have full control access. We have also checked the permissions on the folder itself and the desired groups also have full control. We have removed and readded the groups from both the filers and the folders and still no luck.
Not sure if its a configuration error or a premissions error or even a replication error. Though there are two other folders being shared from the same FAS 270 with no issues at all.
