Error in Saving Bootstrap information on Legato Networker

Hi,
I am working on Legato Backup storage.
I have customized the groups and created clients under them.
The problem here is, for some of the clients i get a report of the bootstrap info on the server group. But for the other clients i am not able to see the report of bootstrap information after the backup is completed.
Can somebody help me as to what could be the problem in the bootstrap information not printing!!
I have checked the default group it is set to disabled in autostart. But, there are no clients under default group.
