Error in Sql Server

While retrieving some data from a table SQL Server returned an error message showing:

S1000: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Attempt to fetch logical page 2166 in database ‘accpro2001-02’ belongs to object ‘412527991’, not to object ‘table name’

What happened there?
