Error Loading a Service

After logging on NT, the systems “hangs” for a minute and then I receive a message stating a service could not be loaded. This service has to do with my Espon Stylus 860 printer. I have used the most current drivers from the Epson website but it still continues. I would like to know how can I disable this service? I go to Control Panel|Services but it is not listed. Any suggestions? (The printer works fine. It is just annoying to have this happen during every startup)
