Error messages when trying to access sha

We have this shared folder named Images on NT Server and everyone has a full control to it. The problem is that when a person using windows 95 machine try to access this share he or she is sometimes able to get in and sometimes they won’t.

On onemachine it says:-
\\USWEBDEV02\Images
An extended error occured.

On second win95 Machine it would say:-
\\Uswebdev02\Images is not accessible.
The request is not accepted by network.
Try again later.

Altough NT and 2000 Wks have no problem accessing these shares. I don’t have any clue to what could be wrong. I will need an expert advice from all of you there.
