error-package of vb6.0 from windows XP

when i made a package of VB6.0 in windows XP and run on other OS like windows 2000 the system is always giving message telling some of the files are out of date and the system has to be rebooted to run the setup. but this message repeats always and the setup does not continue. so what is the solution for this.
