Error when opening Outlook

When opening Outlook, the following message appears: Unable to display this folder. The file C:\Documents and Settings\User3.WORKGROUP\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst could not be accessed. Data error (Cyclic redundancy check). After this appears, the following send/recieve error appears: Unknown error 80040116. Just before this, a BSOD occurred, but the user did not record the # before shutting his machine off. Any Ideas??? Thanks!
